 Career Summary
After running and winning several Powder Puff races in my husband's car, I started in Pro Am in 1998. Took 1999 off while pregnant with my daughter Amber. Moved up to Limited Late Model in 2000. Took the end of the season off in 2004 and the beginning of the season in 2005 while pregnant with my daughter Lauren. Ran the full 2006 season at I-80 Speedway, and then just raced on an occasional basis as time allowed since then, including one night in my daughter's Kart. I currently help crew on the SportMods of our daughters, Amber and Lauren. It would be fun some day to race some more again.

 Other Interesting Team Information
When at race tracks I have a bit of trouble with allergies. So one night when I was racing at Butler County Speedway I was having an awful time with them and so I took an allergy pill. I had forgotten that the kind I took was the kind that makes you sleepy. I got in my car for the race and went to staging. I was to start at the front of the pack and when staging you go to the entrance of the track at turn 4. That particular spot slopes down into the track a bit and so you must put your foot on the brake to keep from rolling onto the racing surface. I looked over at one point and noticed the guy staged next to me was motioning to me and I thought he was rolling backwards. Then I suddenly realized I had fallen asleep and relaxed my foot on the brake. I was able to stop myself just in time to not roll onto the track into the oncoming cars running the previous race. WHEW! "This medicine may cause drowziness!"
