Hobby Stock-Race Ready for Sale or Trade
Race Ready Hobby Stock for $2,700 or might willing to trade for truck, car, boat or even a Sport Compact with some cash on top of it. Throw me an offer and we will see what we can work out.
About the car, you could pick this car up and race it right now. I don't know much about this car because I bought it toward the end of last years season and only got to race it 4 times. I don't know who build the cage but it is a very solid cage, the welds are good and whoever did do it knew what they were doing.
I do know the following:
Has a 355 engine, with 12 shows on it.
Has 3 speed Saginaw transmission
Brand new AFCO Springs
2 new Bassett rims and tires
Speedway 2bbl Rochester Carburetor w/ 4 shows on it
New short water pump and pulleys
New fuel lines
Kirky Seat
Ford 9" rearend
Bilstein shocks
22 gallon Fuel Cell
I also have spare parts that will go with car:
2 tires and rims
1 complete tie rod
3 upper control arms
1 brand new still in box AFCO rear spring
1 2 bbl carburetor (need to be rebuilt)
I was planning on stripping this car down and going through everything for next year but recently found out that I have a baby on the way so have decided to not run this class next year. This is the only reason I am selling it.
