I can gurantee you that after many years of dyno testing that they do and particularly the cheap ones. The cheap ones are made out of cheap material and they deteriorate at a much faster rate. Buy a new set of Beyea headers as they are made from a high quality material that resists that deterioration. The only material that does not deteriorate is stainless steel and we have those too. If you don't believe me go dyno a used set against a new set and you will see for yourself!! Add my header kit and you won't believe how fast your going!!
