98 Tracker 28' fiberglass 5th wheel bunks
For sale - 1998 Tracker 5th wheel, made by Fleetwood. Fiberglass exterior, rubber roof, bunk house, 12' electric slide out, electric jacks, gas/electric fridge, inverter, tub/shower, central heat and a/c. roof mounted a/c unit, center kitchen, microwave, oven, vent hood, table folds in to a bed, couch folds into a bed (sleeps 8) awning, spare tire, trailer hitch on the back (I have not used it), closet, 4 wheel brakes.
Everything works, new cooling unit on the fridge last fall (over $500 to do that). Just got back from taking it on a trip to Yellowstone, pulls great. Went through and re-packed all the wheel bearings with good synthetic grease and went through the brakes before the trip, everything is good to go there. This has been an excellent camper and the kids love it, but need to sell. All the manuals are with it.
It has a small scratch in the fibeglass on the door entry side, one corner of the goose has some repaired damge, and there is a torn spot in the linoleum that has been glued back down. All are cosmetic only and never been an issue of any kind, all were like this when I bought it. The trailer hitch on the back isn't the best looking, I have never used it but it looks plenty functional. Good title and I do have it in my posession.
Add $300 if you want it furnished with DVD/TV, pots, pans, cookware, bedding, rugs, levelers, wheel chocks, ect. Outfitting an RV is quite an expense. Add $200 if you want the cushioned 5th wheel adapter for a gooseneck ball.
