Certified Welder built 4 cyl fwd's!!!

www.jnjfab.com in the for sale section.

I most recently was working as a certified welder out at the Manawa power plant, they x ray welds before giving you a certification out there.

Make sure you look for 360 degree welds and that the welds are welded properly if your buying a caged car. The tubes should be notched and fit well not filled with welding material.

A 110 welder isnt good enough to build a full cage with.

A weld thats too cold will not penetrate the tubing and will fail. A weld that is welded too hot will break the tube in the H.A.Z. The heat affected zone which is right next to the weld. As over heating the metal makes it brittle.

If in doubt get someone else to look it over for you.

Safety first. Jeff
