prototype-world product sportsman2-dart iron heads
A set of CNC ported-and-polished cast iron super street cylinder heads. They are one set of thirty prototypes made by World Products and Dart Cylinder Heads a few years ago prior to the two companies dividing themselves up and going their separate ways.
These heads are a cross between the Dart Iron Eagle Series and the World Products Sportsman-II cast-iron heads both companies are now separate entities, and these heads are the best of both worlds. only thirty sets (30) were ever produced.
Brief Specifications:
Has the i-037 casting number just like Sportsman 2.
These heads are standard 23-degree-angle- cylinder heads.
2.10-inch intake valves.
1.60-inch exhaust valves.
Intake ports exceed 200 CCs.
Angled spark plugs to promote fast-burn combustion.
Combustion chambers are just under 64-CCs.
Fully CNC ported intake and exhaust ports.
Fully CNC polished combustion chambers.
Flow for both intake and exhaust increased by more than 25% from the CNC porting and polishing.
64-CC combustion chambers.
Manley Valves on intake and exhaust.
The valve springs are good for up to .550-600-inches of cam lift.
