HENROB 2000 Welding & Cutting Torch
GET A GRIP ON DIFFICULT WELDS
My brother purchased several of these to put on eBay. After several months he has asked if I could so it for him. I will auctioning several on eBay, but would really like to get rid of them ASAP.

Its the one welding system that does it all
Versatility Performance Ease of use Economy
The Henrob 2000 is the only welding system that offers no-compromise value in every way
The one gas system for all your welding needs even stainless steel and aluminum!
A major breakthrough in welding technology
The unique design of the Henrob2000 pistol grip welder enables high-strength welding and cutting of virtually any metal, even difficult materials such as aluminum and stainless steel, with only limited operator experience and training.
The Henrob 2000 also enhances welding capabilities of ordinary materials. For example, you can weld and cut the thinnest sheet metals with little or no distortion, cut or weld galvanized sheet metal with minimal burn-back of the galvanized coating, and weld cast parts without preheating.
A soft, concentrated flame improves control
The combination of a low velocity flame and concentrated heat deliver a new level of welding control and versatility. Since the Henrob 2000 operates with a flame velocity up to four times lower than a conventional torch, it prevents the molten weld puddle form blowing out, enabling welding of difficult materials such as aluminum.
Whats more, the low velocity gas flow produces an intense, narrow flame that concentrated heat on a much smaller area of metal for faster welding, smaller weld beads, and reduced heat damage. In comparison tests with a conventional touch on 0.080 (2mm_ mild steel, the width of the heat-affected zone averaged 50 % less, with a 50% reduction in filler rod consumption.
Welds and cuts most materials
The extremely high combustion efficiency of the Henrob 2000s flame leaves virtually no unburnt oxygen in the secondary flame surrounding the weld area. This shields the weld puddle from oxygen contamination, allowing difficult metals to be welded easily. Independent tests on aluminum and stainless steel verify weld strength equal to the TIG welds.
The low oxygen content of the secondary flame also minimized the need for flux. In fact, many operations require no flux at all. As a result, weld preparation and post-weld cleaning requirement are minimal.
Easy setup and operation
The enhanced welding capabilities of the Henrob torch dont come at the expense of multiple flame settings or finicky flame adjustment. A cutting tip and four welding tips, each with a wide flame setting range, cover the entire range of everyday welding and cutting tasks. You can even cut and weld without changing the tips. A single universal flame setting, just off feather, is used for virtually all applications, making the Henrob 2000 on e of the most straightforward welding systems to adjust and use.
Gas savings up to 50%
Since the Henrob 2000 operates at low gas pressures and produces an extremely efficient flame, youll use far less gas to do most jobs. May users have reported gas saving of 40% to 50%, saving hundreds or thousand of dollars in has expenses over a lifetime of use. Low gas usage also makes the Henrob torch ideal for portable welding applications.
Narrower, cleaner cutting
A special dual-tip cutting setup separates the oxygen delivery point from the pre-heat source. This design produces narrow, square cuts that require minimal secondary cleaning. The Henrob 2000 efficiently cuts mild steel up to one inch thick.
