IMCA A mod open engine
I ran this last year 10 nights. Its at machine shop now getting a new block and splayed caps as well as new cam, brgs, rings, oil pump and a better performance valve job etc.
It dyno with the exact same hp and tq curves as a crate except 40 more of each on gas, 50 on alky. Drove smooth like a crate motor, operates well in the 6400-7200 rpm range, very very smooth.
lw 10 degree retainers, stock diameter lw tool steel isky valve springs, ferea hollow valves, ferea tool steel lw solid lifters 55 grams vs 100 of standard weight, mahle flat top pistons, champ gated and windage tray pan, ati balancer, scat lw h beam rods, std weight scat steel crank. edelbrock air gap dual plane aluminum intake. scorpion rockers 106/1.65.

Ran on 110 gas. I will pick up at machine shop in Missouri or you can if its closer to you. He is finishing it up now.
