New 305 IMCA RaceSaver Engine Dyno Time Only
305 IMCA RaceSaver Engine (Brand new Dyno time only).
Specs from engine builder:
This engine has the good, hard to find older style Hilborn injection.
All new parts:
Custom Bullet camshaft and lifters.
Balanced Eagle lightweight 48lb stroke crank
5.7 Eagle SIR rods
Mahle light weight gas ported pistons,
Brodix RaceSaver valves
Comp 941-16 valve springs
Melling oil pump
Kevko oil pan and pickup tube
True Roller timing chain w/ Torrington bearing
Lifter valley baffle
HD timing cover
Don Zig rebuilt magneto
Powerbond SFI light weight harmonic balancer
Fel Pro gaskets throughout, except Victor head gaskets
Harland Sharp 1.48:1 Roller Rocker arms
305 block with all new machine work. Splayed main caps, square cut deck, bored and honed with torqueplates. Lifter bores honed and cam tunnel grooves enlarged.
Heads have been previously been raced but have fresh valve job with above new parts.
Built by Smith Engines & Machine Inc. Inspected and sealed by Roger Haden, Eagle Raceway.
Dyno sheets available for serious buyers.
We built this engine for a backup for our 2014 season and never needed to put it in the car. Engine has dyno time only and hasn't seen the race track.
Asking $11,000. Will consider trades for 360 or 410 engines.
