ARE YOUR HEADERS WORN OUT???
Most racers would not know or believe that their used mild steel headers are losing performance BUT THEY DO!!
The cheaper headers deteriorate at a much faster rate than the more expensive do. They are made of a cheaper material.
After 15 or 20 races, heat cycles, you can loose an easy 20hp & that's on a 350hp 602 crate. If you don't believe me go dyno new and used headers and see for yourself.
Beyea headers are made of a quality mild steel material that resists the deterioration I have been talking about.
The only header material that does not deteriorate is stainless steel & we have them too.
