487x heads From Nate Thompson $200 obo
I bought these on here from Nate Thompson a racer at Eagle and Columbus!
I paid $200 for them which was and is a bargain. The springs, retainers, locks and valves are worth that.
I am in no way implying that I was ripped off�. They wont work for me because I need to mill them for compression past the seats so I am trying to sell them for the same amount I paid.
They were missing one screw in stud, it turns out that stud is tapped 1/8 crooked, 3 seats arent installed properly so you cant surface the heads any further, they have worn out bronze liners instead of good guides. They also have been blown up a few times there are some nicks in some seats and the chambers of a few holes are pushed up enough you can see it now that they are cleaned.
2.02/1.6 valves with z28 springs that all test ok.
These heads are cleaned and ready for re assembly at Bob Hattermans machine shop in Omaha if you want them!!
