1994 Polaris Trail Boss 300 ATV For Sale

This ATV has been COMPLETELY rebuilt two years ago.
Not a "top end" rebuild, I mean a 100% complete tear down to the bare frame, engine, transmission, and chassis rebuild!
This ATV started out as a Father / son restoration project, that really got out of hand. Everything has been taken apart and cleaned, repaired, replaced, and some things modified to better than original specs.
Only 500 miles since the total rebuild was done. One trip to Chadwick, MO, two trips to the Black Hills, and two or three local rides is all.

Some of the VERY, VERY long list of parts or repairs we made during this project include...
New piston and rings, and top end bearing. ( Wiseco Brand )
Cylinder was bored to fit the new piston.
Cylinder head was surfaced.
Cylinder work was professionally done.
.
Crankshaft has a new connecting rod, new big rod bearing and thrust washers, and all new crank main bearings.
Oil Injection crank gear was replaced with the new style also.
Crank was professionally repaired.

Engine cases were professionally cleaned to like new condition.
.
New starter and starter drive assembly.
.
New oil injection pump. ( new style )
.
Transmission was completely rebuilt.
New bearings, bushings, internal chain, and seals were replaced.

New drive chain and sprockets, front and rear. ( O-ring chain )
New chain guide on swing arm.
.
New swing arm bushings and seals.
New axle bearings and seals.
.
New front and rear brakes, all brake rotors were resurfaced.
.
All new front wheel bearings installed, including seals.
.
All four, brand new 6 ply tubeless tires. Not cheap 2 ply tires.

Brand new Polaris air box, with a new K&N lifetime air cleaner.
.
Rebuilt carb, using only new Polaris parts.
.
All new Polaris throttle cable assembly.
.
New gas struts on the front. Not cheap standard replacement struts.
.
All new brake fluid was used during this rebuild.
All new synthetic fluid in the tranny.
Have only used synthetic two cycle oil in motor.
Oil injected, you don't mix the oil in the gas, no hassle, just add oil into oil tank.

K&N air cleaner has always been cleaned after each and every ride.

Basically the only parts not changed are...
.
Original frame.
Original body.
Original wiring.
Original seat.
Original axle and swing arm, and rear shock.
Otherwise, it has all been replaced, or repaired...
.
Two wheel drive.
Forward and reverse, but otherwise no shifting, automatic tranny.
Two stroke engine. ( still original spark plug since rebuilt )
Always starts and runs great.
Engine is air cooled, but still has a cooling fan with a thermostat.

This ATV doesn't need anything to go riding.
.
I've invested way too much money into this ATV, but it was a valuable Father / Son learning experience. ( Do it right, or don't do it at all )

I have a Iowa title for this ATV in my name, no liens, or delays.
It has a current Iowa DNR registration sticker too.

$1650 including a few spare parts I have.

Body has the normal scratches, but is in pretty fair condition still.
Seat is not torn.
