1989 Ford F250 Ext Cab XLT 2 whl drive
1989 Ford F250 XLT Extended Cab Long Box 2 wheel drive pickup. Has 460 engine with C6 Automatic.
Engine has less than 30,000 on it: Bored .30 over with factory style flat-top hypereutectic pistons, internally balanced, new oil pump, double roller timing set, dura spark ignition, ARP rod bolts, reconditioned rods, Comp Cam (Have cam card) Heads are off a 1972 460 and have had the casting marks cleaned up and then polished in the exhaust side runners, Harlan Sharp 1.73 Roller Rockers with Poly locks, 110lb Springs with Crane Rocker Stud Conversions and hardened pushrods. Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake and Edelbrock carb. Longtube headers with 2 1/2" dual exhaust.
Trans: C6 - has had new vacuum diaphragm but never had any trouble with it. Rearend is a Ford Corp 10 3/4 ring gear with 4:10 ratio factory posi.
This truck has the typical ford rust on the fender wells and lower extended can rocker panel. The interior is in pretty good shape. Has A/C on it but probably needs charged. It definately runs harder than any other F250 you could probably find and it will pull about anything you want too. Has 5th wheel ball in the bed and reciever hitch on back. I bought a F250 Diesel and this is just hanging around. It's too good of a pickup to let rot so want someone to get some use out of it.
