maybe he could get the 305 sprints from the urss in there one time this year. i want to run this track before i quit racing.

lol, IMO, butler was the best track because of no sprints.

We raced at Butler when the powri midgets did their swing to the highbanks, had a great time and the midgets put on a good show, i think having winged sprints run there would put a lot of fans in the stands, a lot more then what 4cyl would IMO

People sitting here bitching about this class and that class does no good. Whatever classes are ran there need to have everyones support to make Butler work again. The economy isnt that great, but in another year having one more IMCA track will make it easier for local drivers to challenge for championships without having to drive clear across the state or to another state to get those points. I for one am happy that Butler was bought and sounds like will be reopened.

Sprints race at Butler we will hear the same stuff that is going on the Eagle site! Tracks to dry and burning up tires ect..... LOL! I glad the track got sold and hopefully they can make it all work out! I think the new owners will run what they want and not what the key board wonders think!

It'd be cool if you could work out a deal with US 30, Beatrice, Eagle, and Butler to have a consolidated points fund. I know not everyone can race 4 nights a week, but could be a way to draw in more cars and promote racing in the area. Jmo

We've supported all the sprint shows run a BCS and no bitching was ever needed. I have heard the rumor also that Mr. Pick is a sprint owner so I'm sure he would treat the sprints and all classes with some knowledge of the sport we love!

Lumpy... I hear so & so that talked to whatzhiname's neighbor said that he heard thru the racing grapevine that Butler County Speedway was opening April 27 & 28th with a Saturday sprint special & Sunday SLMR latemodel special with 4 supports classes ummm..this is not PURE SPECULATION..it's a racing FACT....Lumpy stop by after the races I'll flip a coin to see who buys the Bud Lites

Wayne, it was all speculation UNTIL the official anouncement was made. Do you have nothing better to do than go back to posts made over 6 months ago and try stirring crap up?? I will be there for the SLMR show, and we don't have to flip for it, I will buy!!

Lumpy...The board was getting kind of quiet...the only thing I was trying to stir up was more activity on the BCS board..and who better to pick on ( in a fun way) than my new found racing friend "lumpster" I have a 2 headed coin but I will flip you anyway lol...  c u @ the races

I'll be the first to admit, I know nothing about PROMOTING a race track, but I truely believe stirring up crap on an internet message board IS NOT the way to go about it. jmo
