I would like to inform anyone with a 360 engine who is racing the USAC Wingless show on Friday, August 3rd about a bonus being paid to the top three 360 finishers.
Highest finishing 360 - $250 bonus
2nd Highest finishing 360 - $150 bonus
3rd Highest finishing 360 - $100 bonus
Hope to see some Eagle regulars out there!

I haven't been able to find any rules on USAC website. Does anybody know of anything in particular that would need to be changed from the weekly 360 car to run Friday?(I know, besides taking the wing off!)

Front axle , bird cages, rr wheel offset. If you want to be half way driveable.

Not for sure, they used to run DT3 i8 wide but they changed it this year.

Too bad Eagle didn't offer the same incentive to ALL the racers with 305s that will be running there next year. If they did that there would be no problem having 40 plus cars. LOL
Why would any of the local 360 drivers want to help?

yawn is right...LOL Kinda like the "solidarity" shown when they were going to get 30-35 cars there the rest of the year....lol

All the 360 regulars will be racing at Knoxville in the 360 Nationals so they won't be able to run the wingless show.

Ugly, we have a person trying to HELP the 360's. Your leader is not! I am in the pits and have been so for 50 years and the place was a Sprint track! If you were an owner you would have a say. As I see it you have nothing to add to this!
Sprints are the greatest, if I remember right!

I can come and go as I please, my trailer is on wheels if I want to race Eagle I'll be there, and we can go down pit row together and we'll ask some of the questions that are important to the racers and that they have control of, if it is bothering you there were a lot of changes that would make it impossible to have that many cars and this was not the fault of the racers!!!!! winking and Laughing uncontrollably!!

Blue, the people who matter know who you are and what you have done for our sport. Thank you.
I will be there Friday night, and it would be nice to see some of our guys too. Not to support the track or Roger, but to support our sport.
Please do not think I am fence jumping in anyway. I am on the side of Sprint Car Racing. But I cannot pass an opportunity like this.
