Possible $4,044 to win for Modifieds
One Modified driver could take home $4,044 at I-80 Speedway on Sunday, May 26 if he wins both 22 lap features at the Charlie Clark Memorial. The Fifth Annual Charlie Clark Memorial has retained the red flag stop between the 22 lap segments of the Modified feature, but this year there is an exciting twist. Each 22 lap segment is a feature in itself paying $2,022 to win. The first feature will start 28 cars. The second feature will start 24 cars with a 22 car inversion from the finish of the first feature. The second feature will also pay $2,022 to win.
Past winners of the Modified portion of the Charlie Clark include; Jay Noteboom, David Murray, Jr., Kyle Berck and Luke Wanninger. Grandstands open at 4:30 pm with Racing at 5:55 pm. Grandstand Admission is $15 for Adults, $5 for Juniors (6-12) with 5 and under free. Pit passes will be $30. For more information, visit www.i80speedway.com or call (402)-342-3453.
