With all of the nasty things said and done about our Sprint Cars, I felt it necessary to show 27 beautiful Sprint Car pictures.
I do not have permission from the owners of these photos, but I hope Jason Orth, Brad Brown, Joe Orth, Fred McVay, Randy Lawrence, and Ryan Tunks do not mind that I am posting their property.
Let's look back on just the last decade ....

Whatta way to start!! That's Billy Alley at I-80. Always makes my heart warm when I see this.

This classic Joe Orth photo is probably my all time favorite Nebraska Sprint Car racing photo. Look at Mike and Mike split Mike. Great racing!!

Another favorite! This is Knoxville at the 360 Nationals. That's Doug Lovegrove scoping the competition.

No Stock Car, FWD or RWD, could ever match THAT!. Dennis Parker has honestly been one of my all time favorite drivers. And that Jeff Griffis .... what a team! I miss that team.

WFO 2003!

I remember this like it was yesterday. Stu was so smooth and the track was super slick. He hardly throttled it. Barely on the straights. And was he smooth.
Lead every lap!

I'd like to recognize Mike Boston for his contributions to all types of Sprint Car racing in Nebraska. I have never seen anyone driver harder! than Mike Boston. Ever. I always felt the guardrail in turn was scared as hell of Mike.

Sprint Car Racing in Nebraska looks like this.

Rodney Droud went to the wire to finish second with Bogue for the Championship in 99 with Rick Ideus. Best race I ever saw. But this is 2000 at Albion .... but the 1999 Eagle Raceway Championship night will always be one of the most special moments of my life.

Bogue got the championship with Jeff Lowery, though.

More from Albion July 2000! Lovegrove and Danley!

Remember Kevin Hulse? Here he is at Thayer County.

Or, Harvard independent Rob Lipker. We need more Rob Lipkers!

We need more like ROGER SUNDQUIST!!!

Gary Swenson is Nebraska Sprint Car Racing. This is not a Nebraska driver, funny, this is Brian Schnee, US 30 Speedway. July 1st 2000

I get SOOOOO happy when a Droud is on the Race Track. I was giddy when Rod rolled out in the Bruce Rossman Special.

Nebraska Sprint Car Racing is Mike Chadd and Dean Chadd.

Nebraska Sprint Car Racing is Mark Burch. I wish he ran locally.

This is how Jeff Lowery likes to be seen.

I have been a HUGE! Jason Danley fan since 1988. Side by side (not rubbing you hillbillies) with KEITH HIGHTSHOE! This was Keith's last year of racing.

Early Toby hard on the gas. I miss Toby Chapman.

Here's a rarity. Mark Lyon in Don's 2X in Dennison, Iowa. Fast! Fast! night of racing this night was. We need a Droud car every week.

Interesting stuff. Albion's turn 2, June 30, 2000. Tim O'Banion, Tim Baker, Kerry Grabill.

Whatever happened to Tommy Williams? This is April 2000 at the State Fair.

That's good ol' Andy Devine! Entering Beatrice's first turn.

... seconds later, Rick Ideus. Whatever happened to Rick anyway?
360 Sprint Cars were born in Lincoln. It will be a sad, dark day when they don't take the Green Flag. Please Mr. Hadan... Don't cancel our Sprint Cars.

My grandfather is a personal friend of Kevin Hulse. Wish I lived in Lincoln when he still raced Eagle. My father introduced me to the Lipker family. Rob and his sons are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Rob was still racing his micro a couple years ago not sure how much he still races.

Kevin is also a personal friend. I helped Kass at KAM in the carts and 600R for years. I Was Kevin's last crew chief on the flamin 15. Now they moved all to Kentucky and races horses there. You will see he is a sponsor on my current car the 21 of Ryan Kitchen.
Also know Rob from Harvard. He drove my 12 car a couple times.

What was the name of Kevins collectible shop in GI? Pretty sure Kevin owned it because I think he moved it out to mid plains before finally quiting it.
